Kyttx may allow Sellers to use tracking, analytics, pixels, integrations, affiliate tools, or similar technologies on Seller pages or Seller Offerings if enabled by Kyttx.
If Seller-controlled tracking is enabled, Sellers are responsible for:
- Disclosing their use of tracking technologies.
- Obtaining required consents.
- Providing required notices.
- Complying with privacy laws.
- Complying with advertising laws.
- Complying with platform policies.
- Complying with Kyttx Policies.
- Ensuring third-party tools are lawful.

Kyttx may restrict, disable, or remove Seller-controlled tracking where Kyttx determines that it creates legal, privacy, security, payment, reputational, or platform risk.
If Seller-controlled tracking is not enabled, Sellers must not attempt to bypass Kyttx controls to install unauthorized pixels, scripts, tracking tools, or data collection tools.
16Affiliate and Referral Cookies
If Kyttx provides affiliate, referral, revenue-share, promoter, or attribution features, cookies or similar technologies may be used to:

- Use pixels prohibited by Kyttx.
- Violate advertising platform rules.
- Violate privacy laws.
- Violate Kyttx Policies.
If Kyttx provides Seller analytics or tracking features, Sellers must use them lawfully.
28Operator Responsibilities
Operators who configure pages, checkout flows, pixels, analytics, automations, emails, SMS, affiliate tracking, or similar tools for Sellers must ensure their work complies with applicable law, Seller instructions, and Kyttx Policies.
Operators must not install unauthorized scripts, pixels, trackers, analytics tools, cookies, redirects, or data collection tools.
Kyttx may restrict or remove Operator-configured tracking where it creates legal, privacy, security, reputational, or platform risk.
29Buyer Storefront Experience
When Buyers visit Seller storefronts, landing pages, checkout pages, communities, or content areas hosted by Kyttx, cookies may be used to enable functionality, security, analytics, access control, payment workflows, and fraud prevention.
Buyers should review this Cookie Policy and any applicable Seller privacy notices or cookie disclosures.
