This Schedule governs payments, payouts, withdrawals, fees, reserves, holds, offsets, refunds, chargebacks, payment provider costs, taxes, and related payment activity through or in connection with Kyttx.

01Introduction

This Payment, Payout & Fee Schedule governs payments, payouts, withdrawals, fees, reserves, holds, offsets, refunds, chargebacks, payment provider costs, taxes, and related payment activity through or in connection with the Kyttx Platform.

This Schedule is incorporated into and forms part of the Kyttx Master Terms of Service, Seller / Merchant Agreement, Buyer / Member Terms, Operator / Agency Terms, Refund, Chargeback & Dispute Policy, and other applicable Kyttx Policies.

By using payment, checkout, payout, withdrawal, revenue-share, subscription, payment plan, refund, or other payment-related features of Kyttx, you agree to this Schedule.

If you do not agree to this Schedule, you must not use payment-related features of the Platform.

02Relationship to Other Terms

This Schedule applies in addition to:

  • The Kyttx Master Terms of Service.
  • The Kyttx Seller / Merchant Agreement.
  • The Kyttx Buyer / Member Terms.
  • The Kyttx Operator / Agency Terms.
  • The Kyttx Refund, Chargeback & Dispute Policy.
  • The Kyttx Acceptable Use Policy.
  • The Kyttx Sanctions, Restricted Countries & Compliance Policy.
  • Any Third-Party Payment Provider terms.
  • Any checkout terms, invoice terms, pricing page, dashboard notice, order form, or other payment-related terms made available by Kyttx.

If there is a conflict between this Schedule and the Master Terms of Service, this Schedule controls for payment, payout, and fee-specific matters unless expressly stated otherwise.

03Definitions

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Schedule have the meanings given in the Kyttx Master Terms of Service.

For purposes of this Schedule:

?Payment? means any payment, purchase, subscription payment, installment payment, renewal payment, trial conversion, invoice payment, charge, authorization, capture, or other transaction made by or on behalf of a Buyer in connection with a Seller Offering.

?Payout? means a transfer, settlement, withdrawal, instant withdrawal, revenue-share payment, commission payment, operator payment, or other disbursement to a Seller, Operator, or other eligible recipient.

?Third-Party Payment Provider? means Stripe, Stripe Connect, banks, acquiring banks, card networks, payment processors, payment facilitators, payout providers, financial infrastructure providers, fraud prevention providers, identity verification providers, tax providers, or any other third-party provider involved in payments, payouts, settlement, verification, fraud checks, compliance, or related services.

?Platform Fee? means the fee charged by Kyttx for use of the Platform, including transaction-based fees, subscription fees, withdrawal fees, instant withdrawal fees, administrative fees, or other fees.

?Processing Fees? means fees charged by Third-Party Payment Providers, including card processing fees, payment method fees, bank fees, payout fees, currency conversion fees, payment network fees, dispute fees, chargeback fees, refund fees, account fees, or other payment infrastructure costs.

?Reserve? means an amount or percentage of funds, transactions, payouts, balances, or future amounts that may be held, delayed, restricted, or made unavailable to cover refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fees, penalties, negative balances, legal claims, payment partner costs, or risk.

?Negative Balance? means any amount owed by a Seller, Operator, or User to Kyttx or a Third-Party Payment Provider due to refunds, chargebacks, disputes, reversals, fees, penalties, taxes, overpayments, payment provider assessments, or other amounts owed.

04Kyttx?s Payment Role

Kyttx provides software infrastructure, checkout-related tools, account tools, access management tools, payment-related workflows, and integrations with Third-Party Payment Providers.

Kyttx is not a bank, payment processor, payment facilitator, money transmitter, escrow provider, trustee, fiduciary, stored value provider, deposit institution, financial institution, or provider of regulated financial services.

Payments and payouts may be processed by Third-Party Payment Providers, including Stripe and Stripe Connect.

Kyttx may enable payment-related workflows, display checkout pages, calculate fees, instruct payment providers, deduct Platform Fees, apply account restrictions, manage access based on payment status, or facilitate payment-related operations. These actions do not make Kyttx a payment processor, bank, escrow provider, or financial institution.

05Third-Party Payment Providers

Kyttx may use one or more Third-Party Payment Providers to support payments, payouts, settlement, verification, fraud prevention, compliance, tax support, and related services.

Third-Party Payment Providers may include, now or in the future:

  • Stripe.
  • Stripe Connect.
  • Banks.
  • Acquiring banks.
  • Card networks.
  • Payout providers.
  • Payment processors.
  • Fraud prevention providers.
  • Identity verification providers.
  • Compliance providers.
  • Tax providers.
  • Currency conversion providers.
  • Other financial infrastructure providers.

Kyttx may change, replace, remove, suspend, or add Third-Party Payment Providers at any time.

Your use of payment-related features may be subject to the terms, rules, procedures, restrictions, and decisions of Third-Party Payment Providers.

Kyttx is not responsible for Third-Party Payment Provider decisions, outages, delays, restrictions, declines, errors, fees, account closures, payout failures, compliance reviews, chargeback outcomes, or other actions.

06Payment Provider Terms

By using payment-related features, you agree to comply with all applicable Third-Party Payment Provider terms, including terms made available by Stripe, Stripe Connect, banks, card networks, and other payment providers.

You authorize Kyttx to share information with Third-Party Payment Providers as necessary or appropriate to:

  • Create or maintain payment accounts.
  • Process payments.
  • Process payouts.
  • Deduct fees.
  • Verify identity.
  • Verify business information.
  • Verify tax information.
  • Prevent fraud.
  • Manage disputes.
  • Process refunds.
  • Handle chargebacks.
  • Comply with law.
  • Satisfy payment partner requirements.
  • Enforce Kyttx Policies.

If a Third-Party Payment Provider restricts, suspends, terminates, or refuses to support your account, Kyttx may restrict, suspend, terminate, or modify your access to payment-related features.

07Payment Methods

Kyttx may support payment methods made available by Third-Party Payment Providers.

These may include:

  • Credit cards.
  • Debit cards.
  • Bank transfers.
  • Digital wallets.
  • Local payment methods.
  • Buy-now-pay-later methods.
  • Installment providers.
  • Recurring billing methods.
  • Payment plans.
  • Subscriptions.
  • Other payment methods supported by Kyttx or Third-Party Payment Providers.

Kyttx does not guarantee that any payment method will be available, approved, supported, or accepted for any specific User, Seller Offering, currency, country, transaction, or time.

Kyttx may add, remove, restrict, or modify payment methods at any time.

08Currencies

Kyttx may support multiple currencies through Third-Party Payment Providers.

Currency support may depend on:

  • Seller location.
  • Buyer location.
  • Payment method.
  • Payment provider availability.
  • Card network rules.
  • Bank rules.
  • Payout country.
  • Compliance requirements.
  • Sanctions restrictions.
  • Platform settings.
  • Risk review.

Kyttx does not guarantee support for any particular currency.

Kyttx may restrict, remove, or modify currency support at any time.

Currency conversion may be handled by Third-Party Payment Providers and may be subject to conversion rates, fees, spreads, bank fees, payment provider fees, or other costs.

Kyttx is not responsible for currency conversion rates, currency losses, foreign exchange fees, or exchange rate fluctuations.

09Seller Responsibility for Payments

Sellers are responsible for all payments connected to their Seller Offerings.

This includes responsibility for:

  • Pricing.
  • Taxes.
  • Billing terms.
  • Subscription terms.
  • Payment plan terms.
  • Installment terms.
  • Trial terms.
  • Cancellation terms.
  • Refund terms.
  • Payment failures.
  • Buyer disputes.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Reversals.
  • Refunds.
  • Negative balances.
  • Payment provider fees.
  • Platform Fees.
  • Payment partner assessments.
  • Compliance with payment provider rules.
  • Compliance with applicable law.

Sellers must clearly disclose all material payment terms to Buyers before purchase.

10Buyer Responsibility for Payments

Buyers are responsible for reviewing payment terms before completing a purchase.

By completing a purchase, Buyer authorizes the applicable Third-Party Payment Provider to charge the Buyer?s selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout and any applicable recurring, installment, subscription, renewal, or payment plan amounts.

Buyers must not:

  • Use unauthorized payment methods.
  • Use stolen payment information.
  • Provide false billing information.
  • Make fraudulent purchases.
  • Abuse refunds.
  • File false chargebacks.
  • Use payment disputes to avoid valid obligations.
  • Bypass payment flows.
  • Interfere with payment processing.

Kyttx or the Seller may suspend or revoke access if a Buyer payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, is charged back, is refunded, or remains unpaid.

11Platform Fees

Kyttx may charge Platform Fees for use of the Platform.

Platform Fees may include:

  • Transaction-based platform fees.
  • Percentage-based platform fees.
  • Fixed transaction fees.
  • Withdrawal fees.
  • Instant withdrawal fees.
  • Payout fees.
  • Subscription fees.
  • Account fees.
  • Administrative fees.
  • Chargeback administrative fees.
  • Dispute administrative fees.
  • Refund administrative fees.
  • Compliance review fees.
  • Premium feature fees.
  • Revenue-share feature fees.
  • Operator payout feature fees.
  • Additional usage-based fees.
  • Other fees disclosed by Kyttx.

Current or applicable Fees may be displayed in the Platform dashboard, pricing page, checkout configuration, Fee Schedule table, order form, invoice, account notice, or other written or electronic notice.

12Current Standard Platform Fees

Unless otherwise stated in a Seller?s dashboard, order form, written agreement, pricing page, or updated Fee Schedule, Kyttx?s standard platform fees may include the following:

Standard withdrawal fee USD $2 per withdrawal
Instant withdrawal fee 1.5% of instant withdrawal amount
Additional withdrawal-related fee USD $2 where applicable
Chargeback or dispute administrative fee As disclosed in the dashboard, Fee Schedule, or payment provider notice
Refund-related fee As disclosed in the dashboard, Fee Schedule, or payment provider notice
Currency conversion or FX-related fee As applied by payment providers or disclosed by Kyttx
Third-party processing fees As charged by Third-Party Payment Providers
Tax-related fees As applicable
Other administrative fees As disclosed by Kyttx

Kyttx may offer custom pricing, negotiated pricing, promotional pricing, enterprise pricing, grandfathered pricing, special pricing, or different pricing for certain Sellers, Operators, accounts, countries, currencies, products, payment methods, or risk categories.

Kyttx may also charge additional fees for features, services, usage, or payment-related functionality not listed above.

13Third-Party Processing Fees

Third-Party Payment Providers may charge Processing Fees.

Processing Fees may include:

  • Card processing fees.
  • Local payment method fees.
  • Bank transfer fees.
  • Payment method fees.
  • Buy-now-pay-later fees.
  • Payout provider fees.
  • Instant payout fees.
  • Currency conversion fees.
  • Cross-border fees.
  • Refund fees.
  • Dispute fees.
  • Chargeback fees.
  • Account fees.
  • Verification fees.
  • Payment network fees.
  • Card network assessments.
  • Other payment provider fees.

Processing Fees may be deducted from payments, payouts, balances, future transactions, or other amounts.

Unless Kyttx expressly states otherwise in writing, Sellers are responsible for Processing Fees connected to their Seller Offerings.

Kyttx may pass through Processing Fees to Sellers, deduct Processing Fees from payouts, include Processing Fees in Platform Fees, or handle Processing Fees in another manner disclosed by Kyttx.

14Pass-Through Fees

Kyttx may pass through fees, costs, assessments, penalties, or charges imposed by Third-Party Payment Providers, banks, card networks, tax providers, compliance providers, fraud prevention providers, messaging providers, or other service providers.

Pass-through fees may be deducted from transactions, payouts, balances, future payouts, or payment methods on file.

Pass-through fees may change without advance notice if they are imposed or changed by third parties.

15Fee Deduction and Collection

You authorize Kyttx and Third-Party Payment Providers to deduct, collect, withhold, offset, or recover Fees from:

  • Payments.
  • Payouts.
  • Withdrawals.
  • Instant withdrawals.
  • Seller balances.
  • Operator balances.
  • Revenue-share amounts.
  • Future transactions.
  • Future payouts.
  • Payment methods on file.
  • Connected accounts.
  • Other amounts owed or payable.

Fees may be deducted before, during, or after settlement.

If Fees cannot be deducted automatically, you must pay them upon request.

16Fee Changes

Kyttx may change Fees at any time.

Unless otherwise required by law, Kyttx may provide notice of material Fee changes by:

  • Updating this Schedule.
  • Updating the dashboard.
  • Posting updated pricing.
  • Sending email notice.
  • Displaying in-app notice.
  • Including changes in an invoice or statement.
  • Using another reasonable method.

Kyttx may make immediate Fee changes where required or appropriate due to legal requirements, tax requirements, payment partner requirements, card network changes, fraud risk, chargeback risk, currency risk, compliance issues, operational changes, new or modified Platform features, third-party cost changes, sanctions or restricted country issues, or regulatory changes.

Your continued use of payment-related features after Fee changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Fees.

17Taxes on Fees

Fees may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Kyttx may collect, charge, withhold, or pass through taxes where required or appropriate.

Taxes may include:

  • VAT.
  • Sales tax.
  • Goods and services tax.
  • Digital services tax.
  • Withholding tax.
  • Duties.
  • Levies.
  • Other governmental charges.

Sellers are responsible for taxes relating to Seller Offerings, Seller revenue, Seller transactions, Seller payouts, and Seller business activities.

Operators are responsible for taxes relating to revenue share, commissions, compensation, payouts, or other amounts received.

Buyers are responsible for taxes shown or applicable to their purchases where required.

18Payout Eligibility

Payout eligibility may depend on:

  • Successful account verification.
  • Accurate business information.
  • Accurate identity information.
  • Accurate tax information.
  • Valid payout details.
  • Payment provider approval.
  • Compliance review.
  • Sanctions screening.
  • Fraud review.
  • Payment method eligibility.
  • Account status.
  • Absence of excessive disputes.
  • Absence of excessive chargebacks.
  • Absence of prohibited Seller Offerings.
  • Absence of negative balances.
  • Satisfaction of reserve requirements.
  • Compliance with Kyttx Policies.
  • Compliance with Third-Party Payment Provider terms.

Kyttx may deny, delay, restrict, or suspend payout eligibility at any time.

19Payout Timing

Payout timing may vary.

Payouts may be affected by:

  • Payment provider processing times.
  • Bank processing times.
  • Card network rules.
  • Payout country.
  • Payout method.
  • Currency.
  • Account verification.
  • Tax verification.
  • Fraud review.
  • Risk review.
  • Chargeback risk.
  • Refund risk.
  • Reserve requirements.
  • Transaction type.
  • Settlement delays.
  • Holidays.
  • Weekends.
  • Payment partner outages.
  • Banking outages.
  • Technical issues.

Kyttx does not guarantee payout timing.

Estimated payout timing shown in the Platform is for convenience only and is not a guarantee.

20Standard Withdrawals

Kyttx may support standard withdrawals where available.

Standard withdrawals may be subject to:

  • Withdrawal fees.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts.
  • Maximum withdrawal amounts.
  • Payout method restrictions.
  • Currency restrictions.
  • Bank restrictions.
  • Verification requirements.
  • Processing delays.
  • Payment provider approval.
  • Risk review.
  • Reserve requirements.
  • Account status.

Kyttx may add, remove, restrict, or modify standard withdrawal functionality at any time.

21Instant Withdrawals

Kyttx may support instant withdrawals where available.

Instant withdrawals may be subject to:

  • Instant withdrawal fees.
  • Payment provider fees.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts.
  • Maximum withdrawal amounts.
  • Currency restrictions.
  • Country restrictions.
  • Eligible payment method requirements.
  • Eligible bank requirements.
  • Fraud review.
  • Risk review.
  • Reserve requirements.
  • Account status.
  • Payment provider approval.

Kyttx does not guarantee that instant withdrawals will be instant, available, approved, or completed.

Instant withdrawal fees may apply even if a withdrawal is delayed by payment partners or banking systems, unless Kyttx determines otherwise.

22Failed, Rejected, or Misdirected Payouts

Kyttx is not responsible for failed, rejected, delayed, returned, or misdirected payouts caused by:

  • Incorrect payout details.
  • Incorrect bank information.
  • Closed accounts.
  • Bank restrictions.
  • Payment provider restrictions.
  • Currency issues.
  • Sanctions issues.
  • Compliance review.
  • Failed verification.
  • Technical failures outside Kyttx?s reasonable control.
  • Third-party errors.
  • User error.

Fees may apply to failed, rejected, returned, retried, or manual payouts.

Users are responsible for keeping payout information accurate and current.

23Reserves

Kyttx may require a Reserve for Sellers, Operators, or accounts that Kyttx determines create payment, refund, chargeback, legal, fraud, compliance, tax, or platform risk.

A Reserve may be:

  • Fixed.
  • Percentage-based.
  • Rolling.
  • Temporary.
  • Indefinite until risk is resolved.
  • Transaction-specific.
  • Account-wide.
  • Based on transaction volume.
  • Based on refund risk.
  • Based on chargeback risk.
  • Based on account history.
  • Based on Seller Offering category.
  • Based on payment provider requirements.
  • Based on Kyttx?s risk assessment.

Kyttx may change Reserve amounts, percentages, release timing, or conditions at any time.

Funds subject to a Reserve may be unavailable for withdrawal or payout.

24Payout Holds and Delays

Kyttx may hold, delay, freeze, restrict, suspend, or block payouts where Kyttx determines that there is or may be:

  • Fraud risk.
  • Chargeback risk.
  • Refund risk.
  • Buyer complaint risk.
  • Payment partner risk.
  • Legal risk.
  • Tax risk.
  • Sanctions risk.
  • Compliance risk.
  • Security risk.
  • Excessive disputes.
  • Suspicious activity.
  • Misleading Seller Offerings.
  • Prohibited Seller Offerings.
  • Incomplete verification.
  • Missing tax information.
  • Negative balances.
  • Pending Buyer claims.
  • High-risk business activity.
  • Violation of Kyttx Policies.
  • Violation of payment provider terms.
  • Account ownership concerns.
  • Regulatory concerns.
  • Reputational risk to Kyttx.
  • Other risk to Kyttx, Users, payment partners, or the Platform.

Kyttx may hold payouts until the issue is resolved or risk is reduced.

25Offsets and Recovery

Kyttx may offset, deduct, reverse, recover, or withhold amounts owed by you from:

  • Current payouts.
  • Future payouts.
  • Seller balances.
  • Operator balances.
  • Revenue-share amounts.
  • Commissions.
  • Future transactions.
  • Payment methods on file.
  • Connected accounts.
  • Any other amounts payable to you.

Amounts that may be offset or recovered include refunds, chargebacks, disputes, Fees, Processing Fees, pass-through fees, payment provider fees, penalties, card network assessments, taxes, negative balances, legal costs, investigation costs, collection costs, overpayments, mistaken payments, fraudulent payments, and amounts owed under Kyttx Policies.

26Negative Balances

If your account has a Negative Balance, you are responsible for paying the full amount immediately.

A Negative Balance may result from:

  • Refunds.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Disputes.
  • Payment reversals.
  • Failed payments.
  • Failed payouts.
  • Payment provider fees.
  • Platform Fees.
  • Taxes.
  • Penalties.
  • Card network assessments.
  • Overpayments.
  • Mistaken payments.
  • Fraud.
  • Account misuse.
  • Other amounts owed.

Kyttx may recover Negative Balances by deducting from future transactions, deducting from future payouts, instructing Third-Party Payment Providers to debit connected accounts, charging payment methods on file, offsetting against amounts owed to you, requiring direct payment, using collections, taking arbitration or legal action, or suspending or terminating your account.

You agree to reimburse Kyttx for reasonable costs of collecting Negative Balances, including legal fees, arbitration costs, collection fees, and payment provider costs, to the extent permitted by law.

27Refunds

Refunds may be initiated by Sellers, Kyttx, Third-Party Payment Providers, banks, card networks, or legal authorities, depending on the circumstances.

Sellers are responsible for refund amounts connected to their Seller Offerings unless Kyttx expressly states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

Kyttx may require, initiate, facilitate, or instruct a refund where Kyttx determines that:

  • A Seller violated Kyttx Policies.
  • A Seller Offering was illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited.
  • A Buyer was charged incorrectly.
  • A transaction was unauthorized.
  • A Seller failed to deliver.
  • A Seller?s refund policy was unclear, unlawful, or misleading.
  • Buyer complaints create legal, chargeback, or reputational risk.
  • A payment provider, bank, card network, regulator, court, arbitrator, or legal authority requires action.
  • Action is necessary to reduce fraud, payment, legal, compliance, or platform risk.

Refunds may not include all fees. Platform Fees, Processing Fees, withdrawal fees, instant withdrawal fees, chargeback fees, dispute fees, currency conversion fees, tax-related fees, or other fees may be non-refundable unless Kyttx determines otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

28Chargebacks and Disputes

Sellers are responsible for chargebacks, disputes, reversals, retrieval requests, card network claims, bank claims, Buyer disputes, payment partner fees, and related costs arising from or related to their Seller Offerings.

Kyttx or Third-Party Payment Providers may request evidence from Sellers, Buyers, Operators, or other Users.

Evidence may include:

  • Checkout records.
  • Purchase confirmation.
  • Buyer consent.
  • Accepted terms.
  • Refund policy disclosure.
  • Access logs.
  • Delivery evidence.
  • Usage logs.
  • Communication records.
  • Invoices.
  • Onboarding records.
  • Fulfillment records.
  • Identity information.
  • Transaction metadata.
  • Other evidence requested.

Failure to provide evidence may result in dispute loss, refund, reversal, deduction, payout hold, reserve, suspension, or termination.

Chargeback or dispute fees may apply regardless of whether the dispute is won or lost.

29Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Kyttx may support subscriptions and recurring payments.

Sellers are responsible for clearly disclosing:

  • Billing frequency.
  • Subscription price.
  • Renewal terms.
  • Cancellation terms.
  • Refund terms.
  • Trial terms.
  • Failed payment consequences.
  • Taxes.
  • Access restrictions.
  • Any other material terms.

Buyers authorize recurring charges according to the terms shown at checkout or otherwise disclosed by the Seller.

Kyttx may suspend or revoke Buyer access if recurring payments fail, are reversed, are disputed, are charged back, or remain unpaid.

30Payment Plans and Installments

Kyttx may support payment plans and installment payments.

Sellers are responsible for clearly disclosing:

  • Total price.
  • Installment amount.
  • Number of installments.
  • Due dates.
  • Payment schedule.
  • Cancellation terms.
  • Refund terms.
  • Failed payment consequences.
  • Access restrictions.
  • Whether obligations continue after cancellation.
  • Any other material terms.

Buyers remain responsible for payment plan obligations they agreed to unless the Seller?s terms or mandatory law provide otherwise.

Kyttx may suspend or revoke access for failed, disputed, reversed, or unpaid installments.

31Trials

Kyttx may allow Sellers to offer trials.

Sellers are responsible for clearly disclosing:

  • Trial length.
  • Trial price, if any.
  • When paid billing begins.
  • Amount charged after trial.
  • Cancellation deadline.
  • Cancellation method.
  • Refund terms.
  • Access restrictions.
  • Any other material terms.

Kyttx is not responsible for a Seller?s trial terms unless Kyttx expressly states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

32Buy-Now-Pay-Later and Financing-Like Methods

Kyttx may support buy-now-pay-later, installment, financing-like, deferred payment, or similar payment methods through Third-Party Payment Providers.

Such methods may be subject to third-party terms, eligibility checks, credit checks, fees, interest, repayment obligations, or other requirements.

Kyttx is not a lender, credit provider, broker, financial advisor, or financing provider.

Sellers and Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party terms relating to such payment methods.

Kyttx may restrict or remove these payment methods at any time.

33Operator Revenue Share and Commissions

Kyttx may allow Sellers to assign revenue share, commissions, payout splits, agency fees, or Operator compensation through Platform tools.

Such features may be subject to:

  • Kyttx approval.
  • Seller approval.
  • Operator verification.
  • Tax information.
  • Payment provider support.
  • Payout availability.
  • Account status.
  • Risk review.
  • Chargeback and refund risk.
  • Compliance requirements.

Revenue-share or commission amounts may be delayed, reversed, offset, or reduced due to refunds, chargebacks, disputes, failed payments, fees, negative balances, reserves, taxes, payment provider requirements, Seller account status, or Kyttx Policies.

Kyttx is not responsible for resolving compensation disputes between Sellers and Operators unless Kyttx expressly agrees in writing.

34Tax Information and Withholding

Kyttx or Third-Party Payment Providers may request tax information from Sellers, Operators, or other payout recipients.

This may include:

  • Legal name.
  • Business name.
  • Tax identification number.
  • VAT number.
  • Sales tax registration number.
  • Address.
  • Country of tax residence.
  • Business registration details.
  • Tax forms.
  • Invoices.
  • Other tax-related information.

Kyttx may withhold, delay, restrict, or suspend payouts if tax information is missing, incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, or required by law or payment partner rules.

Kyttx may withhold taxes where required or appropriate.

Users are responsible for their own tax obligations unless Kyttx is legally required to handle a specific tax obligation.

35Invoices, Receipts, and Reporting

Kyttx may provide invoices, receipts, transaction records, payout records, statements, tax reports, or dashboard reporting where supported.

Payment records may be generated by Kyttx, Third-Party Payment Providers, Sellers, or a combination of them.

Kyttx does not guarantee that Platform reports will be sufficient for tax, accounting, audit, or legal purposes.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own records.

If you need specific invoices, tax documentation, or accounting records, you are responsible for requesting and maintaining them.

36Fraud, Risk, and Compliance Reviews

Kyttx may review payments, payouts, accounts, Seller Offerings, Buyers, Operators, transactions, payment methods, refund patterns, chargeback patterns, IP addresses, device data, account history, and other information for fraud, risk, compliance, security, sanctions, payment, tax, or platform integrity purposes.

Kyttx may use automated systems, manual review, AI tools, Third-Party Payment Provider data, third-party tools, User reports, public information, and other methods.

Kyttx may restrict, suspend, delay, freeze, reverse, or terminate payment-related activity based on its risk review.

Kyttx has no obligation to disclose specific risk rules, fraud models, review criteria, or enforcement methods.

37Prohibited Payment Activity

You must not use Kyttx payment-related features to:

  • Process illegal transactions.
  • Launder money.
  • Finance terrorism.
  • Evade sanctions.
  • Commit fraud.
  • Process fake transactions.
  • Test stolen cards.
  • Inflate transaction volume.
  • Avoid payment provider rules.
  • Avoid chargeback monitoring.
  • Bypass reserves.
  • Misrepresent transaction purpose.
  • Split transactions to avoid limits.
  • Manipulate refund or chargeback rates.
  • Process payments for prohibited Seller Offerings.
  • Process payments for third parties without authorization.
  • Use Kyttx as an unauthorized payment intermediary.
  • Create sham transactions.
  • Use payment features for personal cash advances.
  • Engage in any activity prohibited by Kyttx or Third-Party Payment Providers.

Kyttx may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited payment activity.

38Payment Feature Changes

Kyttx may add, remove, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue payment, payout, withdrawal, fee, revenue-share, subscription, installment, refund, or chargeback features at any time.

Kyttx may do so due to:

  • Legal requirements.
  • Payment partner requirements.
  • Technical requirements.
  • Fraud risk.
  • Chargeback risk.
  • Refund risk.
  • Sanctions risk.
  • Compliance risk.
  • Operational needs.
  • Product strategy.
  • Third-party service availability.
  • Business reasons.

Kyttx is not liable for losses caused by payment feature changes, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by law.

39Errors and Corrections

Kyttx may correct payment, fee, payout, reporting, balance, or transaction errors at any time.

Corrections may include:

  • Reversing incorrect payments.
  • Deducting overpayments.
  • Correcting undercharges.
  • Charging missing Fees.
  • Correcting dashboard balances.
  • Correcting payout records.
  • Correcting refund records.
  • Adjusting revenue-share amounts.
  • Correcting currency conversion errors.
  • Correcting tax calculations.
  • Correcting reporting mistakes.

You agree to cooperate with Kyttx to correct errors.

If you receive funds in error, you must promptly return them.

40No Interest

Unless required by law, no interest will accrue or be paid on amounts held, delayed, reserved, restricted, frozen, withheld, or otherwise not paid out.

41No Escrow or Trust

No payment, payout, reserve, hold, delay, offset, deduction, or balance creates an escrow, trust, fiduciary, banking, deposit, stored value, or custodial relationship between Kyttx and any User.

Kyttx does not hold funds as trustee or fiduciary for Users.

Any funds processed through Third-Party Payment Providers are subject to the terms and rules of those providers.

42Account Closure

If your account is closed, suspended, or terminated, Kyttx may delay, restrict, reserve, offset, or withhold payouts as necessary or appropriate to cover:

  • Refunds.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Disputes.
  • Fees.
  • Processing Fees.
  • Negative balances.
  • Taxes.
  • Penalties.
  • Buyer claims.
  • Payment partner claims.
  • Legal claims.
  • Compliance obligations.
  • Investigations.
  • Other amounts owed.

Kyttx may also instruct Third-Party Payment Providers to close, restrict, or suspend payment accounts.

43Survival

Your obligations under this Schedule survive account suspension, account termination, payout completion, Seller Offering removal, Buyer access termination, or discontinuation of the Platform.

Surviving obligations include obligations relating to:

  • Fees.
  • Refunds.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Disputes.
  • Negative balances.
  • Taxes.
  • Reserves.
  • Offsets.
  • Payment provider fees.
  • Indemnification.
  • Recordkeeping.
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Legal compliance.

44Modifications

Kyttx may modify this Schedule from time to time.

Kyttx may provide notice by posting an updated version, updating the ?Last Updated? date, sending email notice, displaying in-app notice, updating the dashboard, updating pricing pages, or using another reasonable method.

Changes are effective when posted or when otherwise stated.

Your continued use of payment-related features after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Schedule.

Kyttx may make immediate changes where required or appropriate due to legal requirements, payment partner requirements, security issues, fraud risk, chargeback risk, compliance issues, operational changes, tax requirements, or urgent platform needs.

45Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Schedule, Fees, payments, payouts, withdrawals, reserves, holds, offsets, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, negative balances, payment provider decisions, or payment-related features will be resolved according to the Kyttx Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Agreement and the dispute resolution provisions in the Kyttx Master Terms of Service.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise:

  • Governing law shall be the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
  • Arbitration shall be administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
  • The seat of arbitration shall be the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The language shall be English.
  • The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.
  • Disputes shall be confidential.
  • Claims must be brought individually and not as class, collective, consolidated, representative, or group claims.
  • The prevailing party may recover costs and legal fees where permitted.

Before commencing arbitration, the party raising the dispute must provide written notice and allow 30 days for informal resolution.

Kyttx may seek urgent court relief for fraud, non-payment, negative balances, chargebacks, payment abuse, security threats, sanctions issues, illegal activity, data misuse, or other urgent harm.
